Where can i buy tickets?

Our box office is located in the lobby . It is open Monday through Friday from 11am to 3pm. Tickets can be purchased online, in person, and before the show

is there a service charge?

There is no service charge for tickets purchased in person. there is a small fee for online orders.

What payment types are accepted?

The box office and bar, & snack bar accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover. There is an ATM located in the Super Saver Laundromat next door

What is Your refund policy?

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges

 

If a show is  rescheduled, the new date will be posted and your ticket for the original show will be honored. If you cannot attend the show on the new date, then a refund will be available. Refunds for cancelled & rescheduled shows will be made through the original purchase method.

MBT is not responsible for the validity of any ticket purchased through third party sellers. If any issue arises the customer must contact the third party seller for a resolution.

Where can i PARK?

Parking is free and their are many spots available. Should the lot become full, cars are able to park in the overflow area next door at ShopRite

Do you Have a coat check?

Our coat check is only open during the winter months. each coat is $2.00

Audio/Video & Photo Policy

All photo/video capturing and audio recording is strictly prohibited unless otherwise given permission by MBT. We do not offer direct Press Passes however, we can forward your press inquires to the entertainer's management.
